The LC3 core greatly differs from the LC2 one. Moreover, LC3 has a different set of features. So, more likely it is going to be like starting over. However, we plan to develop a script importing products from LC2-generated product files.

LiteCommerce will export products to files of the format described at http://support.google.com/merchants/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=188494&topic=2473824&ctx=topic#other

Also, we plan to implement the feature to submit the files to Google as per the instructions at http://support.google.com/merchants/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1219255

at least the functionality that is currently in LC2, we have used LC2 for 7 years and AOM is absolutely required.
