        at least the functionality that is currently in LC2, we have used LC2 for 7 years and AOM is absolutely required.

        This must include the ability to add freeform custom admin notes to orders that only the admins can see and print as part of the order along with the more common customer notes that allow a customer to send freefrom notes with their order and allows an andmin to add to these customer notes such that these customer notes can all be reflected back to the customer as status related emails are send out to the customer.

        Advanced order management. As per Litecommerce Advanced Order Management. i.e. the ability to change prices, products, add new products, change qtys, remove products, change customer billing address, change delivery address, change shipping, change order status, send messages to the customer, have a set of default messages for specific status changes.etc

      Knowledge Base and Helpdesk
