I think, PIN Numbers and Software Keys to product is good Idea. Admin can upload PIN Numbers and Software Keys though admin area to each product. User can upload via csv, text or manually to products and products quantity should update automatically with number of keys. When user purchase one, then key should send in email and mark it sold in database.

Can you make some way to disable functions in parent classes?

For example, products options calls parent cart.php

my cart.php calls products options cart.php

products options add an error of options error and I need to remove it and later products options will even remove item from cart. I need to avoid it.

So the best way is to disable calling products options class function.

Search by enabled status of products will be a good feature.

I sell childrens furniture and need the ability to be able to show related products such as items from the same range or recommended products on an item page. This would save my customer having to search though all the different categories until they found the related products.

Need some form of support for non hosted payment solutions

ARepo defaultOrderBy is good but before it better to add enabled option to show disabled at the last.

If the customer intend to leave the chechout page the popup should apeear before, where the customer could explain why he/she decided to abandon the checkout process.
If even a relatively small proportion of customers complete the surveys it could help decrease the checkout abandonment and increase the sales in future
