I recently met with a USPS representative and he said that there were new shipping rates (boxes) available. They're named Regional Rates and they're less expensive than the other flat rate boxes.

Allow the admin to configure Declared Value option. It should be either a fixed amount to be used for all UPS shipments, or the total price of products delivered in a shipment (before applying any discounts).

Right now there is no way to see how the cart had split ordered products into parcels when was calculating the shipping cost. The suggestion is to show that to the admin
